This trek is an epic journey through some of the most remote and spectacular areas of Ladakh and Zanskar. It is a treat for both newcomers to the Indian Himalaya and veteran trekkers alike. Mahayana Buddhist lamas, cliff-side monasteries, grazing yaks and lively, traditional villages add a sense of the otherworldly to our journey through Ladakh & Zanskar. Markha Valley is situated in the Hemis National Park and there are usually lots of Blue Sheep to see.
