The flight over the Himalayas and the landing in Leh is an adventure in itself and even when you are tired from your long journey, that experience will wake you right up. Our guide is already waiting for at the airport in Leh and will bring you to your guesthouse/Hotel. On the first day you can relax and only relax to better acclimatize to the high altitude. Leave early for our trek to Phyang where we meet our crew and trek for three days hours in a high alpine valley near the only pass on our trek, The Lasermo La. Overnight : Guest House Meals : BLD Elevation : 4800 m
Get up early for an easy climb to the pass at 5400m, views of the Stok range behind and the Karakoram ahead. Then descent-possibly on snows to our high pasture camp. Overnight : Guest House Meals : BLD Elevation : 4600 m
An easy three-hour walk to enjoy this high valley and it’s wild flowers. Overnight : Guest House Meals : BLD Elevation : 4200 m
Today is again an easy day. You can stroll through pastures fed by the glacial melt of the Lasermo La. Overnight : Guest House Meals : BLD Elevation : 4000 m
An amazing day: forest valleys, steep hillsides, and then we reach the end of a valley guarded by ancient forts. Ahead of us the snow peaks of the Karakoram and below the old Silk Road oasis of Hunder. We camp in a grove of willows. Overnight : Guest House Meals : BLD Elevation : 3500 m
Early departure for sumoor, pretty village green. Visit the monastery Samstanling and back to Leh Via the highest Motorable road in the World Khardong la (5680m). Overnight : Hotel Meals : B.B Elevation : 3500 m
